Goal: let the right people work with tasks without exposing more than intended.
For each kind of information, ask who may read, add, edit, and delete it. A public read-only list and a private team task tracker need different rules.
Changing one table's read permission does not decide every operation or every field's visibility. Keep the full task in mind: can a member find a task, read its details, and perform only the intended action?
Check signed-out access if your app exposes anything publicly. For private use, verify through properly authorized app-user accounts and invitations when the environment supports them. A visual preview is useful, but it does not replace checking actual sign-in and server-enforced access in the deployed environment.
An Appify builder account and an application's user account are separate. Do not assume that entering through another frontend changes someone's authority.
Hiding a button, filtering a list, or removing a page from navigation changes presentation. It does not enforce the backend policy. Use the access controls to define permission.
